Three days proving the phone is a camera: raw capture, fixed-lens discipline, storm-light timing, and prints that surprise everyone, in the garden city.
The workshop
The phone is the most-used camera in history and the least seriously taught, and Singapore — hawker theatre, HDB geometry, nightly storm light — is the perfect place to take it seriously. Priya Sharma teaches computational exposure and its limits, raw capture, and lens discipline on the fixed focal lengths, ending in prints, because phone photographs survive paper better than anyone expects.
The city's compactness is the curriculum's ally: three days cover street, architecture, food, and night without a vehicle, and the storm schedule provides drama on a near-daily contract.

Which phones qualify?
Anything recent enough to run a raw-capable app — roughly the last four or five years of the major makes. Day one includes setup surgery; nobody has yet been turned back at the lens cloth.
Is this photography-lite?
The exposures are computational; the seeing is not. Composition, timing, and light transfer entirely — this is a photography workshop that happens to fit in a pocket.
