The Editorial Eye — Fashion in Barcelona
Two days, one rail of clothes, one Gaudí-adjacent location: a six-image fashion story from concept to edit with a full working team.
The workshop
Fashion photography is judged in stories, not singles, and this compact intensive builds one: a six-image editorial with a point of view, shot in Barcelona's Eixample with a professional stylist, model, and hair-and-make-up artist. Priya Sharma teaches the part that can't be bought — the story's argument — and set etiquette, team direction, and the edit.
Day one is concept and construction; day two is the shoot and the ruthless afternoon edit down to six frames that agree with each other.

Jaipur · Travel · colour and restraint
Priya's work argues that travel photography is portraiture of places. She teaches colour the way musicians teach rests — what you leave out is the composition.

“Rotating as assistant taught me more than leading — watching someone else lose the light I'd just lost, and seeing exactly why.”
“The edit was brutal in the best way. Eighteen frames I loved died so six could agree with each other. My portfolio finally has a spine.”
Questions, answered
Do I need fashion experience?
You need the two-day intensity appetite and basic camera fluency; the fashion grammar is what we're there to install. Portfolio-building career-changers are the workshop's core audience.
Who owns the photographs?
You do, under a standard test-shoot collaboration agreement the whole team signs — usage for everyone's portfolios, commercial licensing by separate consent. We walk through every clause.
